Overview

The U.S. B1/B2 Travel Visa is a non-immigrant visa for visitors travelling to the United States for tourism, medical treatment (B2) or short-term business meetings and conferences (B1).

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a valid passport
• Demonstrate strong ties to your home country
• Show sufficient funds for travel
• Intent to return after visit

Required Documents

• Valid passport (≥ 6 months beyond intended stay)
• One 2 × 2 in. photo (white background, no glasses)
• Copy of Expired Visa if applicable
• Proof of strong ties to The Bahamas (employment letter, property deeds, enrolment letter, etc.) - for interview
• Recent bank statements or payslips (last 3 months) - for interview
• Travel itinerary or invitation letter (optional but recommended) - for interview
